About once every 2 weeks I have grilled peanut butter, bacon and banana sandwiches for dinner. I usually add some diced jalapeño to spice them up.

peanut butter and bacon on a bagel...mmmmm I do almost the same thing, except I take white bread, put cold butter pats on one side, then put Jiff smooth peanut butter on the other side with Miracle Whip on top of that then add warm, moist crispy bacon on top of the Miracle Whip. Put it together, cut diagonally and eat. Pure gourmet heaven.
