He is a convicted felon. He should not be carrying a weapon period. He is going away for several months and then he will be back.
Bet he doesn’t do it again.
But I bet you he does something else stupid that gets himself into legal trouble.
I believe he had no criminal record (definitely no felonies) before this incident. He was licensed to carry in Florida, though I believe the license had expired a few months before the incident.
He was an idiot for being reckless with his gun, but that is not why Bloomberg and the NYC Gun Grabbers wanted to lock him up for the 3 1/2 years. It was merely possessing the gun, that outraged them.
