Washington would be smart to promote its wines and its beers! Here in NY, they make wine, but nobody can buy it in the grocery stores (like they can in WA). And with the damned deposit laws, none of the grocery stores want to sell really good beer, either. They don't want to have to program any more than MillerBudCoors into the bottle return machines.
