It looks like it’s misbuttoned. And the sleeves look torn. Also, she is standing in a rather awkward way. Not very feminine.

Look at the rear shot. It looks like it's buttoned up the back, too. A weird piece of clothing.

...a two-piece sweater. MO is out in front of the fashion trends these days, magnificent.

On another thread, I said it looked like something from Willy Wonka or a project from a high school home ec class.

Has anyone noticed that NOTHING she wears even MATCHES? The blue dress does not match the cardigan (if that’s what you want to call it). She does not appear to be wearing hose. AND she is wearing GREEN SHOES! GREEN!

It looks like it must have been a sleeveless dress and someone said, “You’re in the UK, please cover your arms.” So she hastily put a cardigan (if you want to call it that) over the top, covering up her arms, without planning to bring something along to cover herself that would MATCH.

And Sarah Brown...oh my gosh. What can you say? Those pictures of her are so unflattering and awful, they are practically blackmail material.

In the group photo, Michelle Obama is the ONLY woman on that stage that looks out of her league and out of place.

I tried to get a good look at the back of the sweater. I looks pinned, like you would do for a fashion shoot or a mannequin at the J Crew store. Bad idea.
