I heard about this on the radio this morning and they said that the kids came to school stoned.

The teacher said she thought something was amiss, "No one could be enjoying school that much that early in the day."

The school resource officer agreed, "No one could possibly have that much fun in school. I mean, I get $60,000 a year to be here, and I hate the place."

Well, it does explain the officer’s involvement if the children were obviously impaired while at school.
