One place from which I order items for baking ALL the time is The Bakers Catalogue, which is the mail order arm of King Arthur Flour. I've been using King Arthur flour for years, and love it! They have a store in Norwich, Vermont, and I stopped by there a couple of times, when I was taking our kids to a summer camp up that way. Nowadays I order online, and have it shipped. The shipping is not TOO bad, but then I don't usually order flour, unless it's one of their special blends, that I can't get locally.

They have the flours, and other foodstuffs, but they also have gadgets, cookie cutters, beautiful Polish stoneware and other things.

When I’m looking for reviews of cooking items, I usually check Amazon.com, but there are also some reviews on Cooking.com sometimes.

“Funny that I’ve never seen you comment about distasteful, frivolous posts when the subject matter involves semi-clad members of the opposite sex.”

I haven’t seen any posts like that on FR; you must be mixing it up with your more favored DU site. If there were things like that on FR, I wouldn’t waste my time anyway.

If, on the other hand, you’re trying to be cute about my screen name, then you simply don’t know your art.

Funny, but then I suppose one could go for years without running into a picture of Helen Thomas without a call for a picture of a sexy Catherine Zeta Jones to offset the ugliness that is Helen Thomas.

Copy/paste if you dare as you'll find where you were posting on a rather non-political thread. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/chat/2215834/posts?page=97#97 Here, let me make it easy for you.

"Whenever I feel under the weather, I eat a bowl of chili. It always cures the nasties for me."

You might want to try eating some of your chili as it might help cure your nasties,

As someone said above; Pot Meet Kettle or one could use the adage of "People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones".

If, on the other hand, you’re trying to be cute about my screen name, then you simply don’t know your art.

The only reason I would ever even recognize your screen name is where I'd know what type of person I was dealing with. Rembrandt created beauty and as far as I can tell you're the antithesis of Rembrandt.
