I live in a small town in NC, we had a riot here about 3 weeks ago. It started as a fight at the public basketball courts and soon grew to over 250. The police chief has admitted in the local paper it was gang related and that not enough arrests were made, because the police were outnumbered. He had even called in the sherrif’s dept and that was not enough. I fear it will be a long hot summer.
BTW. the admission of gangs was a biggie, some of the citizens have known it for years but the city officials denied they were here.
Fringe cretins. Unfortunately, MSM legitimizes and validates them, in the misguided ideology of the “public’s right to know”, by giving them coverage, even if it is on page 13. What should happen, and I know that many here wouldn’t like this idea because it would be, God forbid, “editorializing”, is a two sentence note somewhere in the paper stating that “A few dozen fringe cretins march in Oakland in support of the cop murderer”, and not a word more.
