If the parents are unmarried at birth I don’t think there is any thing that can be changed on the birth certifiate once it’s recorded that way? I could be wrong but I don’t think that can be changed.

During Lettermen’s show on Monday, he mentioned something about pre-nup. The his musical director yelled, “Too late to think about that now!” I guess, when they get a divorce, Regina gets half of everything Lettermen got in the last 23 years.
