"Was remarking on how they dissed the other shops on the base ..." I understand, but have you ever met a GI that didn't gripe about something? My only point is that I wouldn't let one anecdotal story spoil the image of our Thunderbirds. These brave aviators go on to serve as commanders who lead men into combat.

Verrrry cool. For some reason, my wonderful DH (a military pilot, by the way), never seems to want to go to airshows — maybe it feels too much like work?
