I think that ends up being the last two, and here's why. This coming week, the judges make song choices for each contestant. I would expect that they will choose songs which will be a stretch for the performer and Kris has the least range in terms of style. Danny and Adam are more flexible and can do more with a wider range of song style.
Kris is my personal favorite - followed closely by Danny - but I think this week's setup will work against him.
I had hoped to see Adam vs Allison in the finals.
Adam’s voice is amazing. Other than him, Allison’s was the most original.
I like Danny quite a bit. I even like Chris, but I don’t believe his vocals are as good as Anoop or Jasmine’s for that matter.
I would urge folks who haven’t to go to iTunes, and listen to Anoop and Jasmine’s vocals on their studio versions. You can’t listen to the whole thing, but the teasers will give you a good indication of their abilities.
Then listen to Chris. As a likable guy, I think he’s tops. But as a truly talented performer, I still think he’s just a likable guy.
