"So You Think You Can Dance" is a lot of fun, actually. Some of the dancers they get on there are amazing, and the judges are all choreographers who actually know what they're talking about.
Nigel is very much like Simon, but he "plays favorites" less. If he likes it, he'll tell you. If he doesn't, he'll tell you. He's also not afraid to "call out" a dancer (or even ALL the dancers) for slacking off if they're "mailing in" a performance.
I’m looking so forward to another season of SYTYCD...last year a girl in my daughter’s dance company tried out and she made it almost all the way-she was one of the last ones cut before the final 12 or whatever it is they have on the show...We had fun watching her audition on TV. I hope she tries out again this year.
So You Think You Can Dance is awesome!! I’ve been waiting for it all year. I just started watching last year and it is fabulous.
At the beginning I wanted to strangle that Mary. By the end of the season she became more endearing to me. She knows what she is talking about and SOMEHOW the scream became tolerable and even funny. As long as you have a remote in hand.
The two last were so absolutely fabulous, the local girl and that amazing boy who had his braces finally removed. Unbelievable talent and so humble.
