Link to the review of last night's performances. IMHO, the writer, aside from cogent comments, has a good take in that each performance is compared to last week's ( i.e. a trend line) as opposed to looking only at side byt sides for the same week.

I think it may appeal to younger folks. I'm way beyond young. I followed your link and read some of the comments. A 50 year old voted for him 5 times. LOL!

The votes will tell. If he's not in the bottom 3, I guess it will be considered a success.

Yes, he has. There are photos and videos all over the internet showing him in flaming queen outfits and tongue-kissing guys. You'll find some photos on this thread a few pages back, or you can go to YouTube or Google and search on his name. It's all out there, not hidden whatsoever.

What we're asking ourselves is, if Adam had auditioned with that or a similar left-of-center reinterpretation, would the judges have shooed him out of the room along with the other just-for-laughs hopefuls?

I hope the Stooges and producers are asking themselves the same questions, though I doubt it. They don't seem to like to take responsibility for their actions, hence their need for the 'save' card, which wouldn't have saved Daughtry or Tamyra, and Simon wouldn't have used on Jennifer because he was so critical of her weight.

If they think any of the former contestants were 'difficult', I think they have met their match in Adam. jmo
