Yeah, when I saw how many comments there were, I figured it must have been around a lot longer.

She’s a pretty girl if you can get rid of the hideous hair color. Her natural color would soften her up some.

At first I really didn't like Chris, but the fact this dude plays guitar and keyboard and it appears he can arrange songs has gotten my attention.
The thing about Adam is he sounds just like all those Heavy Metal guys in the 80's when he sings up into the atmosphere. Nothing really speacial even though we all know this guy can sing. Again, if you can write and arrange material instead of JUST sing you can up your game!
Ya know, the more I think about the more I realize I don't really care what Simon likes either!

Nah, that would have required some thoughtfullness on Obama’s part.
Just get her something from Amazon, said the messiah.
What’s funny though is you can imagine the expression on the queen’s face when she received the gift! It’s like a bad comedy sketch on SNL. :)

I guess well have to disagree. I think Allison has the best voice by miles. I'll split the difference with you two -- Adam has the best and most polished voice right now, but Allison has the most upside potential going forward.

If he does the #1 song Physical, I will throw up! :)
To: Captain Beyond
He could do Get Down On It.

The trick to giving a good gift is to give the person something they want, not something you want them to have. You would think someone on the O staff would have figured this out by now. Unless, of course, the intent all along is to be insulting.
To: kevkrom
According to another thread, the Queen asked for the ipod as an upgrade to her existing one.
To: Netizen
Vote For The Worst liked that and they used that in their articles about her. I'm guessing that she knew that she was their pick and the Caw Caw and flapping of wings was a kind of 'shout out' to them. Well ... I hope the 27 people at VFTW are happy. The thirty million other people watching the show didn't know what the heck she was doing, LOL

That would take waaaay too much thought on the part of O and his Omaniacs in the administration. That's true. A Hallmark card would have required too much thought for Obama.

Remember when President Bush gave the Japanese PM a vintage Wurlitzer jukebox filled with Elvis songs, because the PM was a huge Elvis fan? The left acted like that was the dumbest, corniest thing anyone could ever do in a million years. But an Ipod full of showtunes and Obama speeches is OK? LOL!! And I remember President & Mrs. Bush taking the PM to Graceland personally. The left turned their noses up at that too. How undignified!
Meanwhile the Queen is sifting through 5 hours of Obama speeches on her iPod.

Perhaps. Then she looses that rocker edge. I thought her dress on Tue was very bad and distracting from her singing.

Professional gift buyers at Neiman-Marcus would do a better job! The claw in one of those nab-n-grab arcade games could find a better gift than Obama.

I finally got my computer (semi-) fixed and couldn’t wait to get on here and find out what all that CAW-CAW-ing was all about. We were thoroughly gobsmacked when she did it...twice if I’m not mistaken!
I think she meant it to be a “swan song”. But your explanation does add some context.
She made it so easy to cheer Simon on when he gave her a well-deserved dressing down. And then she went on to prove him impeccably right by delivering the worst performance I’ve ever seen from a top tenner.
Go. Go. Begone. We shant miss you.
