I did force myself to read the entire thing that Michelle Obama wrote.

It was excruciating, and much, MUCH worse than this, if you can believe it.

Ugh. There is an hour of my life I will never get back.

Here is the corrected version, but I am not convinced the original is less embarrassing to him than the erroneous version! Good God. “The more sensitive among us”?

“The more sensitive among us struggle to extrapolate experiences of war from our everyday experience, discussing the latest mortality statistics from Guatemala, sensitizing ourselves to our parents war time memories, or incorporating into our framework of reality as depicted by a Mailer or a Coppola. But the taste of war-the sounds and chill, the dead bodies-are remote and far removed. We know that wars have occurred, will occur, are occurring, but bringing such experienced down into our hearts, and taking continual, tangible steps to prevent war, becomes a difficult task. “

That is GREAT! Did you do that Photoshop? (There was an entire thread dedicated to Obama teleprompter Photoshops.)

This was my entry:

and investigating the possible development of an interdisciplinary program in the Columbia curriculum dealing with peace, disarmament, and world order.

Obviously he has no conception of history. World order?

Only be squealching freedom and becoming a dictatorial could you even approach this concept.

Has he not seen the lessons of Hitler, Mao or Stalin?

They tried to achieve world order by persecution and murder.

Why do I get the feeling that 0bama isn’t intelligent enough to have written this?

This is from a guy who can’t speak 45 seconds without a teleprompter?

I have my doubts.

I agree. He is about ten years too young to be a desk diver.

My thoughts exactly.

Well, thank you. Yes, I did this and then, after posting it, I changed it to make the message more clear.

I really like yours. It's funny and perfect!

PS: I use GIMP and Paint.NET for my graphics, they're both free.

I am the same age as hussein. I never, ever did that. I think you’re right.

Two groups on campus, Arms Race Alternatives (ARA) and Students Against Militarism (SAM) work within these mental limits to foster awareness and practical action necessary to counter the growing threat of war.

It was unthinkable to the Left 25 years ago that Reagan COULD or SHOULD defeat the Soviet Union. I lothe communists. Communism gets a passing grade in academia whereas it should be cast into the dumpster along with Nazism.

Tied in with such a thrust is the absence of what Don calls "a party line." By taking almost apolitical approach to the problem, they are a hopes to get the university to take nuclear arms issue seriously. "People don't like having their intelligence insulted," says Don, "so we try to disseminate information and allow the individual to make his or her own decision."

Are you questioning his patriotism?

He’s made it clear that he is going to cut military funding and oppose new weapons development. He’s trying to take our nation’s defenses offline.

America elected someone who is proud of growing up a Jakarta street kid and who’s carried a bitter attitude towards this nation in his heart since childhood (where he suffered child abuse, same as a neonazi parent inflicts on his/her kid, by indoctrination of radical socialist politics).

It’s like “Selma” bringing his parents together, after the fact.

And I am younger that Hussein but I had to get in the hallways and cover up. It was called tornado drills (in Louisiana).

Then again, he was going to school in Indonesia (where he was goofing off in koranic studies class) so what the F*** does he know about being a boy in America in the wake of JFK/LBJ?

“This is a college student? The piece is wrought with grammatical errors. One could correct the errors but this still reads like complete gibberish. Like a group of 10 year old boys writing a manifesto for their new club.”

Indeed!

That whole section was rife with references to their dislike of having their intelligence insulted.

They sure are touchy about that...
