Not sure if this is old news, but here it is.

Apparently the six weeks of partying in the White House and destroying the economy have taken a toll on Barack Obama. Back in January he scoffed at the panty-waists in Washington who shut down because of a little snow. Obama said he would have to instill "some flinty Chicago toughness" into Washingtonians.

"When it comes to the weather, folks in Washington don't seem to be able to handle things," he said.
