How do you know he wasn’t meeting friends for breakfast? Fishing? Going to the gym?

All those activities are degenerate ;) You left off going to church to help set up for morning service.

Living outside of Miami it would not surprise me if this was just an actual accident.

People take right turns from the far left lane down here and pedestrians follow the rule of the road even less.

Many time I’ve almost hit someone who’s walked into traffic, without looking what they are doing.

In fact, I had drove for over 20 years before moving here and in that time I only had one accident that was not my fault.

Since we’ve been here, two cars totaled plus three more accidents - none of them all fault and in fact the last was when a drunk driver side swiped me sitting at a red light. She was later caught, intoxicated, in the possession of heroin, crack and pot and gave the police initially her name as that of her dead sister.

Anything to do with traffic and roads in Miami is literally a life changing experience.

If you or I had killed a pedestrian, you can rest assured that either of us would have been charged in short order. Since the accused is, in this case, a celebrity he gets special treatment.

Charged with what? We don't know enough about the facts yet. Another article said that it takes three days to get results of the tests. I don't think his celebrity has anything to do with it..except for it being all over the news, of course. Something that would not happen if you or I killed a pedestrian.
