First the image or picture has to be uploaded to the Internet.

If there is a picture you want to post here that is already on the net then all you need to do is learn this bit of html code:

the bit of code is <img src="image address goes here">

Then the address of you pic goes in between the quotations marks "here".

So the proper way to display the link you were trying to post is:

<img src="http://www.guzer.com/pictures/male_optical_illusion.jpg">

The above would get you this:
