How long have you been using your Samsung and how heavily do you use it? About a year and a half. It replaced a Lexmark (actually a Sparc Station 1200 DPI network Laser Printer monochrome and multiple inkjets that kept breaking down on me or running out of color toner at the wrong moment. ) Moderate usage... the color toners are separate cartridges and you do not have to replace the drums when you replace the toner. Ease of replacement is wonderful.
