Sunshine and Birds

I prowled around the edges of the saltmarsh, found some Snowy Egrets. These birds aren't showing color change for breeding season yet, although the plumage is right for the time. The lores and feet will get red before long.
The Ibis are from the flock out near my homestead.

Beautiful pics. It is finally warm enough here to get on the same side of the window as the birds. Today provided us with the year's first spottings of Bluebirds, Robins, Grackles and Sandhills...but here are a few of the Downeys that have gotten quite bold as the winter has progressed:
