They don’t allow their kids to go to discos, but they do allow them to harass people in subways and restaurants, grab passersby to read their palms, steal their wallets, and beg with their 5-year-old brothers on the streets. Anyone who has spent any time in Italy or Spain knows what I mean.
Really disgusting. I’m certain that romance and marriage is as a great pleasure for women as it is for men. But being sold and bought like cattle isn’t. These people need some Christian morality in their lives.

Well, using the image of a bride being “bought for a price” is the image that Jesus Christ uses for “buying us for a price” to become the “Bride of Christ”.
A man would come in to the family’s home, offer to marry her, sign a contract, pay a price, and the girl got to reject him, if she wanted to. So, this is the image that Jesus uses for us being saved, and Him “paying the bride price” for us, each individually...
