This is the album that introduced me to Rory. His tone and dynamics were awesome. An honest, no BS, raw live album. Still a favorite of mine.

A few months ago, I introduced my friend's 16 year old son to the music of Rory Gallagher. I gave him a CD of "Top Priority", and followed it up a couple of days later with "The BBC Sessions".
Even after all this time, my friend says that it is almost the only music the kid will listen to, and he has his buddies from school loving it, too.
Maybe there is still hope for this generation!
