My fav is her character Inara in Joss Whedon’s “Firefly” the series and “Serenity” the movie. When she and the captain played by Nathan Fillion got together, sparks ignited. I thoroughly enjoyed the repartee between them. I loved the series and the movie. I hurt when Zoe lost Wash and Shepherd Book died a terrible death. Finally, Kaylee and Simon could view the reruns anytime again. Jayne the mercenary kept me laughing.

V was crazy! I remember so well the first time you see what they are really like and that woman opens wide to eat the mouse/rat and I went holy cow!

Don’t tell me, let me guess...
Is this going to be like the new “Battlestar Galactica”?
Are the Aliens going to be the good guys?

I was a premie and was in Jr. High when that show came out. So we all had to bring our baby pictures and mine with being an abnormal premie in that day (1972) was really weird looking compared to the plump little babies surrounding my picture on the wall. I was voted “Most likely to have come from V”.

Now, all we need is Nathan Fillion in Marc Singer’s old role, Jewel Staite in Faye Grant’s old role. . (grin)

Ah space nazis, I can dig it... but sci fi doesn’t do well on network tv.

Well, I hope they fix the ending of the miniseries. It sucked. The book adaptation made more sense, but was much less spectacular. Need to find a middle ground.
Ironically, the character Adria was born and force-grown in an episode or two. "V" had the star-child do something similar, although that was involuntary.

The ending went away from the original premise big time.

I loved V when I was a kid!! I hope it is a good remake like BSG.
To: luckystarmom
It will lack Mark Singer in the lead role. That has to be an improvement.
