Victor Munoz, who had been representing the 33-year-old for less than a month, said working for Suleman had become "just too much".
In an outspoken interview he questioned his former client's motives, branding her "greedy" and "nuts".
Mr Munoz told America's Us Weekly magazine: "Not to sound arrogant, but those people depended on me for everything. You have no idea what I've had to do." He continued: "Nadya got real greedy. This woman is nuts. What ultimately destroyed the business arrangement was personal reasons." Miss Suleman, an unemployed single mother who recently disclosed that she is $50,000 in debt, has been embroiled in recent controversy.
In addition to receiving a litany of death threats, she has been heavily criticised by those who claim she cannot provide an adequate upbringing for her combined total of fourteen children.
Her decision to profit from her story by selling information and photos to the media has also caused anger among children's rights activists. Last week, the American website TMZ.com reported that she has even attempted to sell a video of herself giving birth to the octuplets.
Miss Suleman has also been accused of an unhealthy fixation with the Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie.
Referring to the media circus surrounding his former client Mr Munoz admitted: "It just got to be too much. It's pretty much a free for all over there right now. They are freaking out right now." Miss Suleman's first publicist, Joann Killeen, resigned after her company received more than 100 graphic threats in the form of email and answer phone messages.
At the time she complained: "They'd put me in the wood chipper and throw me in the bottom of the ocean and hope I die.
"We've gotten her through the worst part of it and now they are putting their venom

Octomom turned down an offer from the ‘Angels in Waiting Foundation’ to provide housing and care for all 14 kids for 6 months.
Octomom wants a reality show, and supposedly the foundation did not want to be part of a reality show.
As of now, this woman has no way of taking care of those kids.
