Actually, no. It means that the website that a webpage uses for Google Analytics is blocked. Thereby not allowing that website to track your usage of their website.
There is a way to turn off cookies but then I don't think Google Earth would work. You could try it.
Firefox has a button/checkbox that can be placed on the toolbar that will toggle cookies on or off.
