Yes I need more...
My initial request of you, so nice to ignore, is evidence that he *produced* open source or *converterd* closed source to *open source*.
There is a world of difference between using apache and turning things public that should not be..
All of this is besides the point as I have
1) Already said I doubt he is up to the job
2) Already said I am leary of *anyone* Obama appoints
3) Said for year I am against forcing open source in the government

You and I got into it because of your time honored fud about all people from foreign lands and the assumption that because there are some nuts who back OSS (rms) the idea itself is a solid expression of freedom in the American Spirit.
He's not a developer, he's a policy maker, and his policies are open source oriented. Do you really not understand the implication?
From the very first link I gave you titled “The First U.S. CIO, Vivek Kundra: Bodes Well for Open Source”:
The Apps for Democracy initiative is probably the most telling example of Kundra’s friendliness toward open source. The Washington, D.C. program included cash prizes for citizens who created open source mashup applications of use to the government...Matt Asay notes that Vivek is probably very good news for open source, and I agree, especially given the Obama administration’s existing interest in open source.
Still in Denial?
