Stock markets seem to not be sold on Obama

At least on Wall Street, the honeymoon is over for President Barack Obama.

Polls still show the President has strong popularity among the general U.S. population, and Obama continues to command power in Congress. But among investors, fairly or unfairly, there is griping that the new Obama Administration is at least partly to blame for the recent slide in stocks. Since Nov. 4, Election Day, the broad Standard & Poor's 500-stock index is off about 25 percent, and since Jan. 20, when Obama took office, the "500" is down 15 percent.

“Actually, they are SOLD on Obama. And soon they will be oversold”

Not as oversold as tomorrow.

No sh*t! Obama is a Communist of the 1st order just like his mother and father. The main stream media gave this sucker a pass. The old-line wealthy, elite liberals in this country must be having a fit. It’s so funny (not haha funny) when reality meets philosophy. The elites footed the bill to get the “O” elected. I do not think they expected to have to double down. Is it true that the richer you become, the dumber you get?

Regards, Doodle

“Party to blame...” PARTLY!?!

In less than 2 months in office, Obama completely loses our troubled economy, commits trillions that we don’t have—for things we don’t need, and places our National Security at great risk. AND they say, “party”.

On the other hand, Bush doesn’t land, and get in the way, during Katrina, yet he gets blamed for the storm itself, is described as heartless and is accused of deliberately killing off Black people.

The rest I had to delete, because I could go to prison for even saying it.

Don’t worry about spelling Geithner’s name correctly.

All us Freepers should from now on call him “Lil’Timmy”.

Gee, so if GE owns NBC and their stock is WAYYYYY down...how long until MSNBC starts to see major cuts because they are out of money? Think they might figure out that Obama is really bad for the economy soon?
