Does it still slow to crawl if you open up several tabs at once? I used to think FF was great, but then it got slower than IE, so I’ve switched back to IE. I know I’m just one of many who did.

I have plenty of memory and horsepower so I don’t notice any slowdown...running Ubuntu Jaunty Alpha 5 64 bit...at the moment....FF 3.0.6 yet.

Firefox has had memory leakage problems since about version 0.05. They can't seem to fix it.

If I open streaming video (youtube) a few times, etc., as the day goes on, and then look at Task Manager program usage, Firefox consumes upwards of 200k memory -- even if all tabs are closed.
