The army isn’t. As a matter of fact, I think they just relaxed the standard a bit.

Not sure. My friend’s brother just enlisted and he has a full sleeve. Maybe it’s the “type” of tattoos. My other friend had to cover up some “risque” tats before the army would let him enlist.
