I didn't say ALL blacks. There are probably as many lazy or more lazy whites than blacks. But, blacks are the majority in cities, especially big cities, run by black mayors, and those cities are in ruin. See Detroit, East St. Louis, etc. as examples. These neighborhoods are over run with crime, drugs, alcohol abuse, other serious crimes, teenage pregnancies, school dropout rates. I think it was Detroit where I read has only like a 21% high school graduation rate!! That is a crime. Someone needs to be fired. Teachers, administrators, they should be gone. Something is wrong with that picture.
