I think the problem with the jacket isn’t the cut, it’s the sweater vest she has on under it. The sweater is causing the fabric of the jacket to bunch. She’s obviously as fabric impaired as she is fashion impaired.
The jacket is not only badly made and unpressed, it's the wrong fit altogether. Even dumping the sweater wouldn't help the too-narrow arm or the el-cheapo tailoring.

It says a lot about the way she feels about others. A body language expert could tell us more (and probably will)
