Call him "Gov. Unpopular."
A Marist College poll released today shows that Gov. Paterson has the lowest approval rating of any New York governor in the 30-year history of the survey.
The Democrat is in a race for his political life -- dropping 20 percentage points since the January poll with just 26 percent of voters say he's doing a "good or excellent job."

They need too shut up. They wanted him. The got what they wanted. Self inflicted wound.
I don’t think he really sees the polls.
what’s scarier than paterson is that anyone can beat him.......and I do mean anyone. I am hoping for a true conservative republican to take back Albany.
it does not matter at all. Come election time, he and/or whoever controls the Dem. party machine will sit down with the likes of CSEA, AFSCME, SIEU, ACORN or one hundred other special interest groups. The Gov. will find out what they need to be given to get their members out, run the unlimited ads on TV and get the local newspapers behind them.
Not "anyone"...sadly.
I would like to skip Anyone Rino. but alas, that will probably be my lot.
Ba-doom-boom!
I would hope Anyone T. Rino does not run.
You know they didn’t elect him, right?
Paterson better keep his eye on the ball or he’ll get tossed too.
This is just racist.
Or blindcist.
Or something...
Makes him a bigger loser than Bush in far shorter time. Way to go, champ.
Bye Gov. Patterson....don’t let the door hit you in the A$$.
