... that lack of the enzyme catalase causes the build up of hydrogen peroxide, which blocks the production of the enzyme tyrosinase. Tyrosinase produces melanin, the hair's natural pigment. There is also a reduction of repair enzymes A and B preventing hair follicles from repairing the damage caused by the build up of hydrogen peroxide....

Layman's translation, being around a nagging wife who happens to dye her hair causes gray hairs.

My major breakthrough on this subject was much simpler:

Take a multi-mineral pill once a day and you will at least partially reverse your hair turning gray. Worked for me. My gray hair is slowly being replaced by that muddy brown that I had when I was younger. And this was confirmed by my barber so you know it's true. Give it a try.

I am 63 and have no Grey Hair. The amount of elder abuse that I put up with is disgusting, I want a bail out and federal protection.

Thank G-d these scientists aren’t wasting their time looking for something like a cure for cancer or AIDS.

This is a song I wrote for my 50th birthday, but I just change the age and it will still work on Saturday for my 56th:

WHO'LL STOP THE GRAY?
Tune: "Who'll Stop the Rain?"

Long as I remember,
I've looked thirty-three.
I hear the waitress sayin',
"Must see some ID."
Who can guess my age is
Fifty-six today?
And I wonder,
Still I wonder:
Who'll spot the gray?

Won't do Grecian Form'la,
And I don't want Just For Men.
I can say the white hairs
Are blond ones just mixed in.
Still the gray keeps comin',
More and more each day,
And I wonder,
Still I wonder:
Who'll stop the gray?

Tried to trim the white ones
Out of my goatee,
But if I shave it all off,
I'll look seventeen!
Still the gray keeps comin'--
Make it go away!
And I wonder,
Still I wonder:
Who'll stop the gray?
