The legend of Lobo the wolf continues ( VANITY; aerial wolf hunting )

I've always found history intriguing, but it's also useful for debunking myths. Even stories that are obscure are useful for highlighting certain facts or lost notions.

I'm sick of seeing Sarah be smeared by all corners of liberal media. That's all I really have to say. This story about lobo the wolf is an interesting one, but the pictures are(of course) the part that's worth a thousand words.

Notice their feet? What I want to know is this:

Is there any drive by journalist who could stop and consider if aerial hunting of wolves is more humane than using steel traps on their legs?

Wolves are going to be hunted. It's that simple. And after being trapped by a steel trap, the wolf is still shot anyways. It's not like it's much of a secret that wolves aren't easy animals to hunt. As if it wasn't made obvious enough - that hunters resort to helicopters and steel traps in order to get the job done. The helicopter is by far the more expensive route, but it's the less painful one as well.

Yeah, I know they don't think outside of the box much.

The media is constantly on the attack. If we expect to beat them, we have to do the same.

No offense, but “steel traps” are harmless these days. They are made to hold animals, and they are not the old scary traps that hollywood cartoons presented with giant bone-crunching teeth. Most, if not all modern traps have offset jaws. This means that they have a gap in their jaws that are designed to not break bones and to only hold the animal. You can probably youtube tons of animals being let go out of traps and all they are is sore (from) struggling for a few hours.

Even if many animals do survive the traps, I’d still say that aerial hunting seems more humane.

Less pain and suffering. And less chance of a wrong capture/kill.
