Why do people act like that? Maybe I sound a bit jaded but proper manners and civility are not the sole commodities of the upper classes and the rich. I did not grow up with a silver spoon in my mouth, I wore hand-me-downs and consumed day old bread. I have been through rough neighborhoods and I never understood why the few ugly neanderthals in these depressed areas absolutely made life miserable for the rest of the decent people living there. Graffiti, garbage on the streets, homes are treated like pig-styes, the list could go on and on but it only gets uglier.
