Interesting. I do some Daz#D stuff to get around having to pay a mindless model.

I am amazed by people that can paint, draw, sketch. I can’t even draw a circle...or a square or a straight line.

Most of my aviation paintings would be impossible to photograph, such as Timing is Everything for example

Very impressive! Now, if you could draw/paint a woman like that, make her real, and then send her to me, I would be even more impressed.
To: Dallas59
Nothing short of wow! If anyone can detract from that, tell them to go paint themselves into a corner.

As a style, Photorealism has a few detractors, who often dismiss it as pointless, or non-art. All liberals, who find the chaos of something like a Jackson Pollock more in keeping with the way their own brains work. ;)
Very nice image.

I’m guessing that the painter is doing a lot of detail work under a magnifying glass. I know a lot of the best photoshop work is done almost pixel by pixel.

"Don't touch me. I have a headache. It's the same one I've had for the past six months. You left the toilet seat up again. How many times must I tell you? Here's a list of the chores I need you to do this weekend. By the way, forget about the "Big Game" on TV this weekend. There's a movie on the Lifetime Channel you need to watch and later discuss with me so that you can gain some insight into your behavior. Oh, by the way, Mother will be spending the next two month with us. Here's a list of things she expects from you while she's here."
What?
You specifically said, "Make her real".

I went to an art show, and everything looked like it was painted (and sometimes fingerpainted) by an angry monkey.

Well, not everything.

Some of it instead looked like it was painted by crack-smoking lunatic. The more debased and formless, the greater the reviews.

The talentless paint for the critics. This Dru Blair fellow's work is probably discounted as "not art" by the butt-sniffers.

My favorite artist (although mostly risque (not porn, just risque) Oliva.
I met her about 15 years ago and she is an amazing women.
She doesn't use any computer generated help, merely pencil and watercolors.

Very cool. Thanks for posting. Sent this to my sister who got the art genes.

She’s extremely talented! How can she make her hand do this?

Point taken. Now I’m kind of sick to my stomach.
