Not going to happen. Second and especially Third generation Latinos will step over blacks just as every other ethnic group had. Hate to be cruel, but...
I expect America to look socially like Brazil in the future: whites (and Asians/East Indians) at the top, brown and white people in the middle, blacks at the bottom.

In the business world, on the phone or in person, you have 20 seconds to seal the impression and, perhaps, the deal. The rest is fluff. You don’t speak or come off well in that timeframe? Too bad. The door’s over there, and it’s not to the board room.
Couldn’t say it any better myself. English is an actual language, unbeknownst to many Americans.
Oy. We don’t need any more lawyers. I left the field of law for many reasons and the biggest one was lawyers.
