Nigel Haskett was working at a McDonalds in Arkansas last summer when he witnessed Perry Kennon, a criminal with a long record beating a woman. Mr. Haskett tackled Kennon, threw him out of the restaurant, and then stood by the door to prevent reentry. Kennon went to his vehicle, grabbed a gun and proceeded to shoot Nigel Haskett multiple times. Haskett staggered back into the McDonalds and collapsed. Haskett has had multiple surgeries and medical costs are at $300,000 and counting.
McDonald’s has denied workers compensation benefits to Mr. Haskett.

Well since that happened at her home, she could have exercised her 2nd amendment right and shot the chimp before, during, or after calling 911. A McD's employee I am certain is not allowed to carry at work.

Parental discipline, if spanking, should not be a beating, and no woman should be abused by anyone, anytime, anywhere, for any reason, and it’s not based on her bahavior good or bad. Anything else is barbaric,...period.

No offense taken, I’m surprised you didn’t hear all the uproar over that cartoon. It was instantly blasted as being about 0bama (even though he didn’t write the stimulus bill congress did), and calling him a monkey, and thus being racist.
I don’t eat there either, so any boycott I started would REALLY be meanigless.

For what it’s worth, the decision was the STATE workers comp policy.
And after it was first publisized, the owner of the franchise has vowed to pay all of the bills for the employee if he doesn’t win his appeal.
On the other hand, CB4 was pure genius.
