Police detain suspects in the beating of a man outside Juan's Place restaurant in west Berkeley, Calif., on Tuesday, February 24, 2009. Two Juan's Place employees were arrested for assault with a deadly weapon after they beat the man with a metal pipe and a tire iron following a dispute over burritos, police said. The victim was unconscious at Highland Hospital in Oakland Tuesday evening. The victim and his two friends allegedly brandished a knife and belt before being beaten, police said.1 posted on

Kusmiss said the incident started when three men who had been drinking entered Juan's Place and inquired about free food, which they often received at the restaurant. Another case of no good turn goes unpunished. The dumb asses just lost their free lunch.
