Octomom Nadya Suleman is worried that the California hospital where she gave birth last month won't release her octuplets until she "has a better living arrangement," TV host "Dr. Phil" McGraw said.
McGraw said Suleman, 33, called him in a frenzy on Tuesday, telling him she fears that the Kaiser Permanente Medical Center where she gave birth on Jan. 26 will not release her kids until she proves she can take care of them.
"What she is telling me is that unless and until she has a better living arrangement, that they are not likely to release the children to her," McGraw told The Los Angeles Times.

Islamo Suleman and Dr. Phil are both idiots.
Babies need to go to proper care facility, octomom needs to go to the nuthouse.
This is a ploy to get Obama to buy her a house.
Will “Dr Phil” hire 8 nanny’s for her? Lots of feedings and changings for 8 tiny babiesm, most of whom will have special medical needs.
Oh wait- 6 other kids at home- make that 10-14 annnies...
Two words: YA THINK?????
Vivid said it's even willing to go the extra step, telling TMZ.com that they'll give her family full medical and dental insurance if she becomes a "contract girl" -- meaning she'll have to do multiple videos for the company."
Well......she wanted to be famous.......LOL!
Wonder how much money Kaiser Permanente will lose by letting this nut unload her cargo in their hospital. Paying customers will be charged more for their care to recoup some of the hospital’s losses. Thinking they could get free publicity really cost them big time.
1) I care about babies, and I would not want little children to be put into unsafe situations.
2) I don't like do-gooders who intrude into the lives of others and impose their own rules, just because they know best.
I don't know how to reconcile those two concepts. Frankly, the idea that a hospital would confiscate children and tell their mother that she can't have them seemes awfully Orwellian. But of course, Octo-mom seems like a lost cause. What to do?
I think the hospital would be right to be concerned about the wellbeing of those eight children. Fourteen children are more than any single mom can support. Octomom did a very wrong and selfish thing, deliberately, by producing those eight babies as if they were a dog’s litter.
Not even my German Shepherd — who has multiple teats and is talented with pups — could look after a litter of fourteen. She’s designed for multiple pups, but fourteen would probably kill her, wear her out from exhaustion.
I do not think octomom is more talented than my German Shepherd. Hell, I don’t even think she is as bright as my German Shepherd.
I think this woman has been making very poor choices. That said, since when do hospitals get to break apart and harass families? This issue of providing care for the infants is for the family to decide, not the hospital (or government, etc.) Freedom is a lost concept in this culture.
I am sick of taxpayers being forced to pay for people’s kids especially someone who is unemployed and has the name Suleman which is from the Islamic world. Another example why CA and America are broke.
Not to worry... Gloria, face time, Allred has lined up a team of nurses to come in and take care of the babies for free!
It seems to me that Octomom could be visited regularly by a social worker to make sure the kids are safe, well fed, and getting adequate medical care.
They could be removed if there is strong evidence that they are not.
It seems that this woman, however irresponsible I view her act, is having children taken from her in advance of neglect or abuse.
I don’t think you can take someone’s kids because you PREDICT they will be a bad parent.
Dr. Phil is pals with Oprah Obama.
It's pretty amazing, really.

14 kids, no job, no prospects, living on welfare, feeding at the public trough the hospital is appropriately concerned for the welfare of those 8 kids. That doctor that performed the artificial insemination should be taken out and shot. He should have showed the same concern the hospital is now doing.
Here’s what Dr. Phil usually says to the husbands on his show: “What were you thinking?” Brilliant analysis.
He is a real tool.
