Inversion. Humor is essentially based on cognitive and emotional paradox or on exaggeration of known truths.
To see Hitler, a despotic, mad mass murderer, rail against not being able to find a parking spot in Tel Aviv is...funny. It’s funny because it would (could) never happen, and takes a known truth (Hitler railed like the mad man he was), and applies that known truth to a silly situation.
Interesting thought. And way to early and pre coffee for such big words (on my part). Anyway, I find that in order for there to humor there needs to be a grain of truth, I don’t find any truth here. Maybe later but this AM.
