There is a push to bring immigrants into the military. They would be much more amenable to ‘disarming’ citizens, as they are not citizens themselves, and most likely have no love for the Constitution or liberty. They would be in it for the money, (citizenship offer), I’d bet.
For many months, AR-15's (and ammo) have been flying off the shelves faster than they can produce them - how many do you think are in private hands right now?
