My mother, my aunt and myself all use bioidenticals and they’re *awesome*! The only negative side effects have come with a disage issue. (I once got too much progesterone... wow! Suddenly I was a whiny, crying, irrational 12 year old again! NOT a good week for the family! lol!)
Other than that, they work wonderful. And they have none of the risks.

I am 39 and had to have a complete hysterectomy due to ovarian failure, so I understand the hormonal disaster. : )
Bioidentical are the way to go.
