OMIGOD, these people now claim that lying about sports is bad, but lying about sex is ok?

The real outrage is that the federal government takes any interest at all in sports. That’s what bothers me. That’s the real crime. Doesn’t anyone here get that?

Maybe the Astros can void his contract and get out from under paying $14 million for a 13 HR / 66 RBI in 600+ at bats player..

That would be nice ...

Though steroid use seemed to be as rampant as Canseco said, the people getting caught tend to have connections to the A’s, Orioles, Astros, and Rangers.

And wasn’t Tejada’a trainer also Pujols trainer? If Tejada is going to sing, Albert may be the next to do an interview with pink make-up on.

Not that I feel the least bit sorry for Miguel Tejada, but lying to Congress shouldn’t be a crime, it should almost be a requirement.

Does pleading guilty to a misdemeanor also carry the risk that Tejada’s US work permit will be denied?

Should have pleaded the fifth on every single question. What is Congress doing investigating sports anyway?
