WASHINGTON -- In the midst of the presidential campaign last October, Barack Obama's running mate, Joe Biden, warned that within six months of Obama's election, "We're gonna have an international crisis, a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy."
The prediction hasn't come true yet, but unfriendly nations and international competitors already are stepping up their efforts to challenge the young new president or at the very least get his attention.
During the past week, North Korea threatened South Korea and prepared a long-range missile launch. Iran rocketed its first satellite into orbit without outside help. As Taliban militants attacked U.S. supply routes through Pakistan into Afghanistan, tiny Kyrgyzstan, with support from Russia, threatened to eject U.S. troops from an air base that's crucial to the war effort in Afghanistan. Russian and Chinese leaders mocked U.S. economic policies at an economic forum in Switzerland.
White House officials said the challenges - particularly North Korea's bid for attention - weren't surprising.
However, they illustrate that world events may not wait for the administration to complete its foreign-policy reviews. President Obama, whose initial public focus has been on the economy, Arab-Israeli peace and Afghanistan, may not always be able to set his own agenda.
Obama "keeps focusing on the domestic economy, almost as if he wishes the rest of the world would go away.

We had better get a general, or two front-and-center soon or things are going to get crazy.

I know that if I were on the “other side” that the rich smell of blood in the water would have me gathering my people to discuss options.
If 0bama isn’t an early sign of America’s fall from grace then I certainly don’t know what would qualify.
I’m guessing Obama will be a pushover for the more practiced politicos overseas.
I was fearful after the election. I’m still shocked. It’s almost surreal. He doesn’t have a clue. I say ‘a bit’ but it definitely more than that.
We didn’t fall from Grace. We jumped head first.
Too much success has nearly done us in. Too many people now believe that life should be easy and that the government should make it so.
Anyone that ever wanted to gain leverage (monetary ,resources, general influence, etc.) over the US is salivating at this clown. I never believed in that 2012 crap until this election. It now looks to be a distinct possibility.

Conservatives can’t argue for taxes and against them at the same time—this is a contradiction and contradiction cannot exist—the conservative that argues for “just a little, ‘necessary’” taxation is arguing FOR the left.

A man is either free, or he isn’t. A state is maintained or it is changing. Freedom needs proactive defense (inertia) to remain intact, real-time.
Our founders were very close to nature and very far from their King—America was bound to spring up. :)
We have been VERY poor stewards of freedom. Now, we either clean up the mess or get “comfortable” with something other than living free. It’s very simple really.

6 months? When you are POTUS you are tested every single day. Just as W, he lived it every second he was awake.
Iran has launched a satellite that may be able to carry nukes, Pok-ee-stonnn- has released the man who sold nuclear secrets to rogue countries, including Iran.
And the buffoon is already whining about being tired of the White House. He’s been AWOL on more than a few occasions and now he is going to take his perpetual campaign on the road for town hall meetings to sell his baloney.
I doubt there will be any test and the facts support me. 1) Biden has never been right about anything. 2) It would be an error in judgment to test the lightweights, Obama and Biden. There is no reason to rob the store when the idiots running it are more than willing to give it all away. “We want an open dialogue, with incentives to follow”, is basically now US foreign policy.
The biggest crisis that Obama’s people are now preparing for is the horror of a conservative being elected in Israel.
At least that’s how they see the world threats.

My dad always said that success can kill worse than failure. When a person fails he learns but success leads to arrogance and a dramatic fall.
How many Americans will die because of O-mans lack of experience? This is a sad time for the USA and we did it to ourselves. What can we do?
1. Get your emergency kit ready—at least three days supplies in case of disaster or attack.
2. Post a copy of the declaration of Independence and the Constitution on your wall and study them each day.
3. Start the bomb shelter and learn about fallout.
4. Support local conservatives or—if none will run for office—run yourself.
5. Learn all you can about the Liberals and their man—Obama. Know your enemy. Forewarned is forearmed.
6. Buy new ammunition.
7. Study your Bible and have it ready.
