Socialist troll. Who’s paying you?
Cool...we’ll get it into the Constitution.
Sounds like an awesome Constitution, I think we’ll use most of it.
“
Lets make the 2nd Amendment what it SHOULD have been all along - anything you can carry, you can own. Specifically, no restrictions on full autos that dont exist for other firearms. No special license, no tax, no CLEO sign-off, no matter if you have mixed full- and semi-auto parts in the same gun.
Lets see Uncle mess with Texas when you have 500,000 or more full autos here, along with our own armor (Ft. Hood) our own airbases (all over the place) and probably a bunch of nukes (they ARE manufactured at the PANTEX plant near Amarillo).
We would be a magnet for freedom-loving Americans in all states - wed get the most committed, most capable people to move here.”
...and let’s see what happens with crime (guarantee it’ll put the world to shame).
“Are you really worried about Mexico?”
Not overly...but a nation must look after itself and be ready to deal with any contingency. If the Mexicans mass on the border, it could be a fight...but we just have to be sure it’s a fight that they lose.
His S word is not socialism, it was SECESSION
LOL!
I wish any state or group of states that attempt the s-word a cautionary good luck. I would support and defend that effort. But... If O is potus, I think he will choose to fullfill his Lincoln fetish and spill volumes of blood to preserve the union.
Nahh. Mine fields.
I hope he does not think all those ammo shelves in Wally-World and sporting goods shops across the entire u.S. were emptied by the Good Fairy for Communism.
We know what failed the South, lack of manufacturing. Now, the country as a whole lacks manufacturing on a large scale. Before seceding, make sure you have a way to manufacture big guns, planes and ammo ‘cause we’ll be fighting not only the rest of the US but probably the UN bluehats. I’m all for it and would hope the rest of the Southern states would join in but we will go to war so we must be prepared.
LOL!
If sponsorship is an issue, let me know. My ancestors were here prior to the 'old' Republic of Texas.
True, but one has to wonder if the social system failed because of the selfishness of the People, or because the New Deal came with new taxes, forcing the People to make a decision about how to use their resources.
My dream is to not have a fight...I think that there is a reasonable chance of pulling this off peacefully.
Native Texan who relocated to the peoples republic of Massachusetts because of my wife. I have been here 1 1/2 years and it is sad to see what the birthplace of the revolution has become; a lost cause. With that being said it is evident to me that I will eventually have to move back the Republic of Texas. This is the text of my email to friends and family scattered about the country.
“It is already starting. Based on the “stimulus” package passed on Friday the 13th (appropriate date), the final nail has been placed in the coffin of a once great republic. I forsee dark clouds ahead which will lead to prolonged severe depression, food shortages and riots. The seeds have been sown for the revolution that is inevitable now.

We have two choices. We can stand pat and continue to see our liberties, freedom and wealth continue to be stolen from us by our marxist government. Or we can draw a line in the sand and stand up for our inalienble rights and break away from from the tyranny that has become our federal government. It is only apporpriate that it begin in Texas, which will become a republic once again, and one day we may all need to follow in the footsteps of Davey Crockett when he said ‘..you may go to hell, I am going to Texas!’”
Thanks. Revolution is a tough word, I prefer something like mutually agreed separation. We go our way and try out our free-market system, and Washington gets to become super-red and see how that works for them.
It would be nice if they would let us separate. But alas, I do not think they would let us do that peacefully. Me thinks the Beatles were clarvoyant....
>>Please do...automatic citizenship for anyone whos been a FReeper since 2005 (that way Im covered).<<

But quad-.50s can be moved much more easily, and they are much more intimidating.
