I’m willing to bet that this liberal RINO governor from Vermont doesn’t carry a lot of weight with most Republican senators.

Why wouldn’t he?
The bailout includes money for the feds to subsidize state overspending.
They’re calling it helping the kids. But Democratic politicians have advocated this kind of spending before last year’s crisis.

Bye-bye doofus douglas.
The Senate GOP can’t “improve” the Porkulus Bill. The GOP should vote NO as a group, walk out, and let President Obama and the Democrats own this disaster.
Couldn’t have said that better myself.

A RINO with a Target painted on him. Throw in Swartzanegger Von Ryno and you have bankrupt states from east to west.
Bankrupt states and their Governors support a bailout.

Are there any truly conservative people from New England? By my standards, a New England conservative is still a liberal to me, and always will be.

For a state that likes to squawk about how “independent” they are, they seem to be really dependent on our money.

Someone tell Jim that no, he is not going to earn any more stimulus money by supporting O, just now he has sold his soul to the devil and will spend eternity in liberal hell.
