I’m fine. The x-ray showed no broken bones .

Nothing really. It is just that over Christmas I came down with a bit of bronchitis. Apparently I coughed so hard that I pulled a muscle or (I thought) cracked a rib. So, when I got here I got an x-ray done to check it out.
Yes, I could have had the work done in the states. But I went that route in June and was tied up in fruitless and expensive lab work until mid-August when I had finally recovered enough that there was no way they could find anything wrong.
The x-ray here cost $3.48 and only about 3 hours of my time.
