I am with you re: no surgery!
I have pain almost constantly. Herniation, artiritis of spine & the stenosis of spinal column are all improved when I am proactive.
Have found the Inversion table a reasonable & helpful apparatus. You can try them free & frequently at many places before you decide to buy. My chiropractor helps & some meds do too (OTC & natural supplements). Many people have had good results with acupressure & acupuncture. I have not tried those yet as they seem to be a cover up mechanism rather than symptom correction but want to look more into it.
Every morning when I wake up Josy (German shep) has her babies, stuffies, chewies etc all over me. She is the one into stick also. Toby isn’t a herder & so does not do this.
well, need to get them out for another walk before sleepy time.. we have been hammered big time with snow.. above my knees in driveway. I THINK they plowed again this PM.. first time I noted it was around 4 PM.. but heavy snow all evening since then.
There is one at my Husband's Workplace that I Use Sometimes, and it Does Help. We have Very Similar Back Conditions; I have Arthritis and Spinal Stenosis, and did have 3 Herniated Discs with More than One Herniation on One of the 3, until the Surgeon Repaired 2 Discs when I Underwent a Microdiscectomy in '06. Now I have One Remaining Herniation that he didn't deal with at that Time. A Car Wreck is what originally Tore my Back Up, and it Tore my Neck Up with it, Causing Arthritis in it.
