That calzone pic Blam posted in 18 made me sick. He got it from wikipedia. It reminded me of a friend growing up who used to always say he didn't like macaroni and meatballs. I thought he was out of his mind for saying that. After all, made correctly, it's one of the best dishes on Earth. Then one day I discovered why he didn't like it. I had dinner at his house and his mom made it. It was friggin disgusting! She didn't know the first thing about making good sauce. I didn't dare try the meatballs.
