This dawned on me today....
Blago looks like a grown up "Dondi" (1950-60's comic strip star)
It’s late at night, and I’m dead tired, but that’s kinda funny!!!!
He’s Barney Rubble - with a dye job.
Where is Dondi
wow! I hadn’t thought of that strip for at least 40 years.
ya’ know when I was growing up I used to read Dondi.
and it’s been in mind whenever I see Blago i keep saying to myself .... I know this person, from somewhere-—Yeppers-
RIGHT ON!
Dondi was cute. Blago is weird.
Hadn’t thought of Dondi in AGES, but you’re right!
He sure doesn’t look like Elvis, as he thinks he does (has Elvis crap in his office, etc).
A buddy was in a Chicago bar a couple of weeks ago and Rod dropped in, posed for pics. I photoshopped it to show jail bars in front of them ;-)
He’s a grownup Will Robinson with a Beatles wig. :P
Dondi! Heheh. Actually, I can see that.
However, Dondi didn’t sell his soul to the Devil...
Milorad Blagojevic? Well, take your best guess. A Yugoslavian refugee adopted by the Daley machine?
As the Tribunal of the Revolution used to say routinely: 'Death within 48 hours''.
Or, as Judge Roy Bean was renowned for saying: ''Damned right we'll give him a fair trial, and hang him right after.''
The only policy that, uniformly enforced, will put ANY sort of fear into our entrenched and thoroughly corrupt political class, of EITHER party, can be summarised as ''Be corrupt, be dead. In short order.''
If and when we begin convicting and subsequently executing (or confiscating as penalty their entire net worth) NOT LESS than 3% of all elected officials, local, state, and Federal, annually, we have a chance -- not a 'sure thing' by any means -- of restoring the Republic.
Waiting for ''due process'' apologists to appear in 10, 9, 8, ...
He's still Big Boy to me. LOL
Blago
Skippy
SO he grew up to be a Democrat. WHAT a surPRISE! Not.
thoroughly corrupt political class, of EITHER party
The keyword here being EITHER party. That’s the problem...only the pubbies/conservatives get punished (first they don’t fight and second...they are corrupt as well) and rightly so cause I don’t care what side they are on. Right is right and wrong is wrong but...we are becoming a lawless society and...it has begun from the top down.
Yeah, as soon as I read the title of this thread, I flashed back to reading Dondi in the Chicago Tribune as a kid in NW Indiana! Good catch!
